Left pic: That's me with my niece, H, in 1994 (I'm the one on the right :-)).
Right pic: H and I in 1998 on the campaign trail. Go democrats!

Left: Looking spiffy (and not at all drunk ;-)) at my sister's wedding.
Right: I used to know the bride when she used to rock and roll.

P (far left) and me up, up and away in honor of our 30th birthdays! What a liftoff to start a new decade of living. Of course, if she would have said one word that sounded like *out* before lift off, I would have jumped outta this little basket in a second ;-). I'm glad she didn't. It was fabulous!

My kitties, DOC and Mickey (yes, these are two different guys born a year apart and unrelated far as I know). (A big meow to lynn harvey for the cool effects!)
And the boys *unaffected*. Now doesn't DOC look innocent and Mickey look quiet? How deceiving looks can be ;-).
Sadly, I lost my beloved DOCcie on July 12, 2004 after a very (seemingly) sudden illness. He was put to sleep during an unsuccessful operation to remove a cancerous tumor. I was with him when he passed away. After having him sleep next to me for over 14 years, I can't tell you how sad it was to lose him. I'll always miss his mischievous and sweet nature. My sweet Mickey was lost to me after a long, difficult battle with kidney failure, hyperthyroidism, and heart troubles. I miss how sweet and loving he was. He was always in a Zen state and wouldn't take no for an answer when he wanted something.
